Mindful Monday: Restorative Yoga & Sound Bath

This week’s Mindful Monday is all about deep rest and reset. We’ll begin with restorative yoga, using gentle, supported postures to release tension from the body and calm the nervous system. These poses are held for longer, allowing the body to soften, the breath to slow, and the mind to settle.

We’ll then move into a sound bath journey, where you can simply lie back and be bathed in the vibrations of gongs, bowls, and other sacred instruments. The sound frequencies help clear blocked energy, balance the body, and leave you feeling renewed and grounded.

This session is perfect if you’ve been feeling tired, stressed, or just in need of some time out. You’ll leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more connected to yourself.
