Mindful Monday: Face Yoga, Lymphatic Drainage & Meditation
This week’s Mindful Monday brings a soothing combination of practices to support both inner calm and outer radiance.
We’ll begin with a simple skin care and face yoga routine, using gentle movements and acupressure techniques to release tension, stimulate circulation, and lift the face naturally. Alongside this, you’ll experience lymphatic drainage techniques to reduce puffiness, ease jaw and neck tension, and support the body’s natural detoxification.
The session will also include mindful breathing and meditation, helping to calm the nervous system and bring a deeper sense of balance. We’ll close with a sensory savasana, allowing you to fully relax, reset, and absorb the benefits of the evening.
