This week’s Mindful Monday invites you to slow down and reconnect with yourself through body, breath, and stillness.
We’ll begin with body awareness practices, tuning into subtle sensations to release tension and build presence. Guided breathwork will help regulate the nervous system and bring calm focus, while a short introduction to yoga philosophy will give you fresh insights to carry into daily life.
You’ll then be led into a guided meditation to deepen your sense of inner peace, before closing with a deeply restful sensory savasana, allowing the body and mind to fully recharge.
