Mindful Monday: Yoga Nidra & Deep Relaxation

This week’s Mindful Monday offers the ultimate reset for body and mind. We’ll begin with a few gentle stretches to release physical tension before settling into Yoga Nidra, a guided practice often known as yogic sleep.

Yoga Nidra takes you into a state between waking and sleeping where the body can fully rest, the nervous system can reset, and the subconscious mind can begin to heal. All you need to do is lie down, get comfortable with blankets and props, and allow yourself to be guided into deep relaxation.

This session is perfect if you’re feeling tired, stressed, or simply in need of stillness. You’ll leave feeling restored, renewed, and more connected to yourself.
