What is Sound Healing Therapy?

Sound healing is the therapeutic application of sound frequencies to the body/mind/emotions of a person with the intention of bringing them into a state of harmony and health.

Every cell, organ and bone in the body has its very own resonant frequency. Together they make up a composite frequency like the instruments in an orchestra. When one organ in the body is out of turn, it will eventually effect the whole body.

Through the principle of resonance it is possible to bring back the body into harmony.

Monthly Sound Baths

Here in the studio we hold monthly sound baths. They are generally held on a Sunday morning 10am.

During these sessions we use gentle movement to open up the body, we have a guided meditation for insight into universal truths then we finish with a fully immersive, sensory sound bath, using singing bowls, gongs, drums and other instruments, together with scents and touch.

You will be sure to leave feeling fully rested and restored.

Testimonials

There is nothing I love more than hearing from my clients after the session and finding out how the therapy has worked for them.

“Today I was fortunate to receive a healing session with Becky. The experience was incredibly relaxing, reassuring, soothing and incredibly interesting in equal measure. What was the overall impact? Wow!! It was so powerful and empowering! Becky's reading of my chakras accurately evidenced the health challenges I'm experiencing along with blockages resulting from my journey through life and past coping strategies. She also identified a current internal conflict and the need to address which I also experienced a physical response to during the session in my throat. I found her guidance supportive, comforting and empowering and I left feeling very confident about the importance of valuing myself and living my truth. The follow up advice and guidance was much appreciated and I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending friends to experience healing with Becky. In fact I would urge them to! Thank you Becky for following your path to the benefit of all who have privilege to cross it.”
