This ceremony is designed to fill up your energies ready for the festivities.

We will be serving ceremonial grade Cocoa both regular and a festive chocolate orange. Gentle movements followed by an uplifting breathwork and a full sound bath and finishing off with a hands on savasana with festive oils.
