Join us for a whole hour of pure relaxation with Anne-Marie.
Yoga nidra, also known as sleep yoga, is the perfect way to relax and unwind. They say one hour of nidra is the equivalent of four hours of ordinary sleep.
Please arrive 10 minutes before and come in your comfiest clothes.
Mats, pillows, blankets and eye masks are available but please feel free to bring your own.
