Rishikesh 2021

In October 2021 I embarked on another adventure. One month advanced yoga teacher training in the beautiful Rishikesh, India.

Traveling during these times was not easy. There were a lot of ups and downs on the way but I got there eventually.

What an honour and privilege it was to spend this time in such a wonderful place. The teachers were excellent and I made so many friends there.

I have definitely left a little piece of my heart in Rishikesh.
