Awaken Your Inner Power with Kundalini Yoga
I’ve just returned from Thailand after completing my Kundalini Yoga teacher training – and wow, what a journey it’s been! I’ve been practicing Kundalini Yoga for ten years, but only now did I feel truly ready to train in it. And let me tell you, it’s been one of the most transformational yoga experiences of my life.
What is Kundalini Yoga?
Kundalini Yoga is unlike any other yoga practice. It’s not just about stretching or building strength – it’s about awakening the powerful kundalini energy that lies dormant at the base of your spine. This energy, often described as a coiled serpent, is your untapped potential, your deepest vitality, your inner fire. Through a unique blend of mantra chanting, movement, kriyas (specific sequences of postures and breathwork), meditation, and relaxation, we work to release this energy, allowing it to rise through the chakras, bringing deep healing, clarity, and a profound sense of connection.
The Transformational Power of Kundalini Yoga
Kundalini Yoga is known as the “yoga of awareness” because it doesn’t just work on the body – it shifts the mind, the emotions, and the energy field around you. People often say they feel lighter, more energized, and mentally clear after class. Some experience a deep sense of inner peace, while others find clarity in situations they’ve been stuck in for years.
At Kula Springs Yoga, we’ve nearly finished our first sell-out Kundalini Yoga course, and the feedback has been incredible. Our students have experienced massive shifts in their energy and moods – some have found profound emotional release, while others have gained mental clarity and balance. It’s been amazing to witness. Because of its popularity, we’re adding even more classes to the schedule!
